SHIPPING POLIcy
We offer international shipping for all of our products. Any order valued at $75 or more will receive free international shipping. Any orders valued below $75 will be subject to a shipping charge. Shipping regions, estimated arrivals, and rates are listed below:

Shipping within Canada: estimated 7 - 10 business days - flat rate (C$12.00)*
Shipping within United States: estimated 7 - 10 business days - flat rate (C$12.00)
Shipping Internationally: estimated 14 - 20 business days - flat rate (C$20.00)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLIcies
Original paintings
Original paintings cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. In the case of damage during shipping, you are responsible for contacting us concerning the damage and providing any photos/media to help determine the severity of damage. If the damage is proven to be legitimate and fixable, the customer may return ship the painting where we will fix the damage and ship the painting back to you. The customer will only be responsible to pay for the return shipping. If the damage is legitimate but deemed not fixable, an arrangement for compensation will be made. Customers have one week from receiving their painting (via the tracking #) to contact us concerning damage during shipping. Any inquiries after one week will not be accepted.
FINE ART PRINTS
Fine art print(s) cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. In the case of damage during shipping, you are responsible for contacting us concerning the damage and providing any photos/media to help determine the severity of damage. If the damage is proven to be legitimate, the customer may return ship the art print(s) where we will replace the damaged print(s) with new print(s). The customer will only be responsible to pay for the return shipping. Customers have one week from receiving their fine art print(s) (via the tracking #) to contact us concerning damage during shipping. Any inquiries after one week will not be accepted.
